Information from connected services (only if you choose to connect them):
Apple Health — sleep, activity, heart rate, HRV, and other health metrics you authorize
Oura Ring — sleep stages, readiness, and biometric data you authorize
Apple Calendar and Google Calendar — calendar events you authorize for planning features

Device type and operating system
App usage and feature interactions (to improve the product)

You can export or delete your health data at any time from the app settings

Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users
Business transfers — if Lion and Lamb LLC is acquired or merges with another company, we will notify you and your rights under this policy will transfer
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings, which will delete your personal data within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:

Opt out of non-essential communications
Withdraw consent for connected health services at any time
Eden is designed for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Infant and toddler tracking features are managed by a parent or guardian account holder.
9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong unique password for your account.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Eden grows. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Eden after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Eden app, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Lion and Lamb LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, do not use Eden.
2. About Eden
Eden is a personal wellness and family intelligence app designed for women and families. It provides nutrition guidance, cycle tracking, pregnancy and infant tracking, AI-powered conversation, devotional content, and family planning tools. Eden is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Eden account. By using Eden, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Infant and toddler tracking features are for use by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor child.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lionlambco.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Founding Mother Tier: The first 500 members who join through edenmom.com at the founding rate of $149/year receive a lifetime price lock. This rate will never increase for founding members as long as the subscription remains active.
Standard Pricing: After founding tiers are filled, Eden is available at $25/month or $149/year (current year pricing, subject to change in future years).
Free Trial: Where offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Stripe depending on how you signed up. All billing is handled by the respective platform's terms.
6. Not Medical Advice
Eden provides general wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle information. Nothing in Eden constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cycle predictions are estimates, not medical determinations. Pregnancy and infant guidance is educational, not clinical. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions, especially during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or when managing a health condition.
7. Connected Services
Eden integrates with third-party services including Apple Health, Oura Ring, Apple Calendar, and Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those respective services. You may disconnect any integration at any time from your app settings.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use Eden for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access another user's account or data
Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
Use Eden to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
9. Intellectual Property
Eden and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Lion and Lamb LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Your Content
You retain ownership of the personal data and content you input into Eden. By using Eden, you grant Lion and Lamb LLC a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Eden service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Eden is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of health information provided.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lion and Lamb LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Eden, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or reliance on app-provided guidance.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use Eden ceases immediately.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Eden evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
